You can travel to mathura by route from all the states of India, it is well connected by roads, from delhi to agra. 

Travelling Mathura by Flight

There is no direct flight to mathura , but you can you can take a flight for IGI airport New delhi ,than after you can take a direct train or bus to mathura , it will take one and half hour to travel mathura from delhi via road .

Travelling mathura by train

you can easily reach mathura by train as mathura railway station is well connected by rail line to all the major stations of india.
